Right click on song in media library or playlist Send to -> calculate replay gain, this will calculate replay gain , click save in replay gain dialog to save the replay gain information. this hasn't changed since very old WinAmp days.
if you are referring to metadata saving issue in WACUP beta, please install latest beta #5090, this issue has been resolved
