[FIXED] Certain local mp3 files will not play in x86 1.99.51.24568

Some certain local mp3 files refuse to play at all with x86 1.99.51.24568 preview.

I tried switching to other outputs like Not So Yasapi or Not So Wavey, no avail.
Only solution seems to be to revert to x86 1.99.50.24497 - 2026.05.08 beta.

I sent one example mp3 file to dro in private message.

The problem is due to libsndfile incorrectly determining what some mp3 files are based on what I managed to test earlier this morning from a thread in the beta sub-forum. From a quick test with your example file it appears to be the same issue so there'll be a post-release update going up later today now I'm back home & can spend a bit more time on determining the complete reason why.

The post-release update which fixes the issue for me should now be available to install after I found I broke something with the validity checks being done on the new dlls being provided (there's likely more I've messed up due to how I had to hard stop dev work in May) which a workaround from the server side gets it working in my test installs.

I installed x86 1.99.51.24568 - 2026.06.29 beta and installed the post-release patch(es) available via in-app menu, now the said mp3 files play on it no problem.
