Playlist Separator Plug-in

I don't use playlist separators and was wondering why this plug-in is included with input plug-ins (other than it's name "in_text.dll") and if it will cause issues if it is not loaded.

It's fine to disable it & it's an input plug-in as that was the best way to achieve the feature within the confines of what I could do all those many years back.
