Lyric Video Studio, an NLE video editor for musicians, has MilkDrop support via projectM and can export 4K audio-reactive visualizations without any external recording setup.
You can bring in your own favorite presets, use multiple presets during one song, arrange the preset changes directly on the timeline, and mix the final render with lyrics, videos, images or other visualizations.
The app is Windows & Linux desktop only, with a perpetual license. It’s available on Microsoft Store, Steam, itch.io and as a direct installer.
