Sorry if obvious, but does WACUP have a built-in stereo and/or surround sound simulator to enhance mono sources? Or maybe a plugin I not aware of? -thx

Not at this time. There is the custom build of the matrix mixer plug-in that might do what you're wanting but it's not directly included in the builds (you can see the beta build threads for what I'm referring to in the extra plug-ins archive).
