We don't know for certain as the winamp/shoutcast owners haven't mentioned anything at all even for the first few days when the shoutcast platform was basically unusable.
I'm just being more realistic as even if it's on an unaffected part of the data centre, there's no guarantee there's not been an issue with the database nor that there's been regular off-site backups being done. It's not helped that it was effectively a customised vbulletin install which was always going to be non-trivial to update to something newer. So potentially & assuming there's even a copy around, an early January 2014 copy might be all there is.
I would like to be positive as there's still some useful information that needs to be obtained from that forum as the archived copies on the internet archive are incomplete & a pain to locate / browse but I'm also being realistic in that from a business view point, it makes little sense to restore something that basically costs for no use & is why I doubt they've been backing it up regularly as who'd expect a data centre to go up in smoke like it did.
