[CHANGES MADE] Fallback Album Art

This is relative to my user-defined Album Art for each bookmarked stream wish. I enabled the Fallback Album Art box and entered a path to an image. Refreshed the Album Art window and no change. I am unsure if this feature is supposed to work in this build or if I am doing something wrong.

It's meant to not need a restart but at most a manual / forced refresh of a few aspect (subject to the user config). Have logged it as an issue to check out.

Just had a look & it's not clearing out the internal cache correctly when changing the enabled state which is preventing the classic artwork plug-in window seeing the change. Will get that fixed later tonight once I've had some food, etc.

I've just finished fixing this & a few other quirks when toggling some of the options so the plug-in window should now correctly live update as needed.

It'll be in the next build but when that is exactly I don't know as my timings on things are somewhat out of kilt at the moment due to IRL things going on.
