A new bug that I have been encountering is that WACUP frequently crashes when I try to play a song after I start it up.
Sometimes, the songs play fine after the restart, or it just crashes again when I attempt to play the songs again.
Something I found fixes it consistently is that refreshing metadata will make the songs safe to play, but I have to do it each time there's consecutive crashes from attempting to play songs.
Version: v1.99.49.24360

I was attempting to fix sorting of albums in Local Library because before, it wasn't considering Disc Numbers, meaning multiple track 1s were out of order.
And then a new problem came up where it isn't sorted by track number but by contributing artists alphabetically.

This is how it's meant to be sorted (By track Number, and Disc Number if applicable)

This is how it ends up being sorted (being sorted by contributing artists alphabetically, and disregarding track number)

There are also instances where the first track played isn't Track 1, even if the contributing artist field is the same across all tracks

Preview Build Discussion / [Issue] Local Library completely blank
« on: April 14, 2025, 01:43:50 AM »
After clicking on an audio file within WACUP that I assume was corrupted, The local library is completely blank. The music files are still there as well as the folders redirecting to them, as they are selectable and playable in my saved playlists, but the songs won't show up in the Local Library tab, even if I rescan the folders.
Investigating led to me finding this error in settings.

I tried restarting the app and restarting the computer, but neither fixed the issue. I thought it was because I wasn't on the latest build, but updating didn't fix it either.
WACUP Version:
1.99.27.21136

They're .MP3 files

A problem I have been encountering with playing music with WACUP is the start of some songs are completely cut off. This commonly happens with songs that have a bit of a lead-in before the rest of the song plays.
I assume it has to do with the volume of the lead-in, but I don't know how to disable/mitigate the cutoff.
Version I'm using: 1.99.22.20202
