Title: Editable user agent

At this time, with build 3276, listening Icecast source will give "WinampMPEG/5.66, Ultravox/2.1" (which of course should say like "WACUP/1.01").
I would like to get this editable, without using any external proxies or so.

I can look to have it add the WACUP aspect to it but there's some reasons for in_mp3 (as handles most Icecast / SHOUTcast related streams) to provide the agent string that it does at the moment. As I'm generally using WACUP/<version> (Winamp/<version>) for the aspects that are fully WACUPified when making connections so altering in_mp3's response would be easier done as a combination of the 2 strings.
