Title: Playlist Window resizing with monitor off/on
Post by: ch on October 22, 2024, 11:58:07 AM
Hi,

I have a Dell monitor which runs at 3840x2160 resolution. Windows scaling is set to 125%. I only have one monitor plugged into this machine.

I run WACUP at doublesize (v20202). If I turn the monitor off and on, the playlist window resizes, but the main player stays the same size.
Is this a bug, or perhaps caused by something else external? I don't have any issues with other applications changing window size.

I've attached a couple of screenshots.

The main window can't change its dimensions whereas the main playlist window can & there's probably something going on that I've yet to replicate where maybe if the monitor is being turned off its causing a possible resolution / dpi change to occur that's then messing with things as a first guess though doing similar things from a quick test doesn't seem to do it so maybe there's something else running doing it.

What version of Windows are you using? Also just to rule out something, what happens if you have wacup set to run at 1x mode instead of double-sized.

Running Windows 11 24H2 (26100.2033)

It does the same thing with single size (just smaller). But I just realised my browser window if it's left open also seems to resize .. so perhaps it's a Windows thing rather than the app. I'll try and work out what's causing it, perhaps some setting somewhere!
