2 days ago I changed my HDD with a bigger one and everything went fine until this morning.
Unfortunately Wacup stopped showing duration of a folder and its songs in playlist.

This happens only in one folder and it's subfolders.
Other folders in the same HDD work fine.
What can possibly go wrong?

Is the folder path still correct e.g. does the file show as being valid when you try to open the file for information via alt+3 or from looking at the playlist entry via the ctrl+e dialog on a selected playlist item?

As my initial thought is that the path is somehow different or there's maybe a permission issue from the moving of things that hasn't persisted which is preventing the access or they're in a file format that the wacup install is no longer configured to support (as it's not clear if you also made a new wacup install or migrated it as part of the move to the new hdd).

OK let me get it a little more clear.
The HDD that I changed was not the one with the OS, so I didn't install or reinstall anything.
I changed one disk that was 2TB with a new one that is 4TB.
The name of the new disk is the same as the old one.
And I just copied a big sized folder from one disk to another. Most of the files are ok, except this particular folder and its sub-folders.

Both alt+3 and ctrl+3 work fine.

If the files are accessible via alt+3 & the path is valid / the same then I don't see anything obvious as to why it wouldn't be able to display the information. Try selecting at least one of the 'bad' items & try to force a metadata refresh (Ctrl+Alt+E) & see if that gets it displaying things correctly again. Also is the x64 build type & what is the WACUP build being used? Plus are you using the local library or is it enabled & if so are those files showing in there with the correct metadata information (best to check that before the Ctrl+Alt+E action).

.

Hi again and sorry for the delayed answer.
I'm using the x64 WACUP build and the local library is enabled (I think) or at least not changed a setting by me.
Pressing Ctrl+Alt+E indeed refreshes the metadata information and time it is now showing correctly in playlist.

As its worked on the test item(s) you just need to do the same for the others or do a full metadata refresh by using that action without anything selected in the main playlist or using the refresh metadata option via the local library (from the in-view settings menu or the various right-click menus on the navigation tree nodes or from within the local library views). Am going to mark this as resolved in a bit.
