Latest restricted WACUP beta release is build #20202 (September 28th 2024) (x86 & x64 changelogs)

NOTE: Beta testers are added in a limited & subjective manner as I can only support so many people as part of the beta test program to keep it useful for my needs.

Unless I think you're going to be helpful, not all requests will be accepted but might still be later on. Remember that beta testing is to help me & the limitations currently works for my needs for this project.

Custom (ATF) in Album Art Settings
« on: June 29, 2024, 08:17:08 PM »
Hello, does anybody know what i can do with this field inside preferences > general > album art? I have lots of albums downloaded but they all have "cover0.png" instead of the usual "cover.png", is there a way to automatically detect the cover with that name? I have 100+ folders with the same thing so naming them all to cover would be really tiring (i'm really lazy and i think the Custom (ATF) field can help me do this task)

Enter "cover0.png" into that field & as long as nothing else matches before it then it'll be what's then attempted to be used.

I've not come across the cover0 thing before so am curious as to what service, etc is naming the files like that (if it's more common than I'd consider changing the main "cover" to also do a "cover0" matching).

You could also consider using a tool like Bulk Rename Utility to easily rename all those files and remove the '0', unless it serve a certain purpose.

It's a must-have to rename multiple files across multiple folders.

Hey there, thanks for the answer, It was helpful a long time ago but I forgot to answer
As to answer your question of what service did that to the album cover files, it was the lapfoxarchive.com site that gives album covers named like that, so it's not really a common quirk

Thank you again!
