Latest restricted WACUP beta release is build #18654 (March 24th 2024) (x86 & x64 changelogs) | Latest WACUP public preview is build #17040 (September 30th 2023) (x86 only)

NOTE: Beta testers are added in a limited & subjective manner as I can only support so many people as part of the beta test program to keep it useful for my needs.

Unless I think you're going to be helpful, not all requests will be accepted but might still be later on. Remember that beta testing is to help me & the limitations currently works for my needs for this project.

WMA Metadata not correctly parsed/displayed.
« on: September 14, 2020, 10:39:42 PM »
WACUP seems to not correctly display the metadata in my WMA files where Winamp 5.8 displays it correctly.
Because of that the Last.fm Scrobbler plugin (ml_wa2_scrobbler) does not get the right metadata.
The metadata in WACUP is missing everything but "Title", "Artist" and "Album Artist" and it's missing the last character in these.

I have attached a screenshot with the "Edit Item Metadata" window of both WACUP + Winamp 5.8 and mp3tag.

Maybe useful information:
WACUP Version: 1.0.13.5864 (Jul 23 2020)
Audio File Format: Windows Media Audio 9.2

Luckily it's already been fixed for the next build (was done last week).

That's nice to hear! Is the fix already deployed in the beta release of WACUP?

It's not in the current beta build (6050).
