[CONFIG RELATED ISSUE] internet radio is broken again [#22278]

I've not been able to get the mp3 version of the icecast hosted stream to fail. Testing was with a clean 22278 install as well as changing whether in_url or in_mp3 (if using the x86 build) are enabled to control which plug-in will be used. As in_url is the default used but is also the only option if using the x64 build. I've also tried with my dev & normal playback test installs & those didn't have issues playing it either.

in_url was not a part of my install, as i thought it only handles services specified in About window.

but OGG was working, so i got confused.

The scope of in_url has changed with time including recently since build 22222 whilst I'm trying to move away from the x86 build using in_mp3 which means other plug-ins / parts of the core are now handling things that make the likes of in_url be required more for url playback (especially in helping to improve what the x64 build can do to get it to be more feature complete vs what the x86 build offers).

I actually want to not have in_vorbis do the stream handling either (nor what I've added to in_magnumopus but sometimes the simpler approach is needed to get things "just working" to start with) & for all streaming to ideally be handled via in_url for what's natively provided. So I probably should look at re-wording what in_url's about / description is indicating to make it more obvious its needed for more generic url playback.

I installed 22278 today to try out WACUP as I have been a Winamp user for about 25 years. I listen to a semi-private internet radio station every evening so I decided to to try it with WACUP. I grabbed the URL from Winamp and... Nothin'. The red indicator next to the play arrow would light and the time would show 00:00, but nothing else would happen until it gave up a few seconds later. I decided to try removing the "/listen.plz" from the end of the URL and that allowed it to play. The usual URL looks like http://radio.domainname.com:8000/listen.plz but also works as just http://radio.domainname.com.com:8000

At first I thought WACUP had a problem with internet access as the installer whined that I wasn't connected (I was) so I had to manually download winamp5666_full_en-us_redux to get the installer to continue.
