[bug] GRahical interface restart every few second when not playing song

I run WACUP Build 1.99.32.21640 32 bit on Windows 10. It uses Winamp Modern skin.

While playing music (also when paused) it acts normally, but when music is stopped, it begins restarting whole user interface.

Whatever I am doing, even if I am in About dialog, it restarts and closes dialog. Restarts come every few seconds. After restart is shows up on top of all other Windows on desktop like it is set to be always on top, which is not - Always on top option is turned off.

Recreation of graphical interface is not fast. It is clearly visible how it shuts down then after second or two it is created again.

The skin only refreshes in that state or is it that WACUP is crashing & then restarting (there'd usually be a dialog popup indicating a crash has happened)?

I'm not seeing such an issue with the noted build so there's got to be something else going on that I'm missing for you to have such a bad experience.

No errors, it is just that user interface redraws all over gain. It is pretty annoying as it interrupts all other application since it moves itself in front all other windows.

It strated with the latest update I did few days ago.
