Latest restricted WACUP beta release is build #18980 (April 24th 2024) (x86 & x64 changelogs) | Latest WACUP public preview is build #18980 (April 24th 2024) (x86 only)

NOTE: Beta testers are added in a limited & subjective manner as I can only support so many people as part of the beta test program to keep it useful for my needs.

Unless I think you're going to be helpful, not all requests will be accepted but might still be later on. Remember that beta testing is to help me & the limitations currently works for my needs for this project.

WACUP / Winamp and Windows-Screensaver
« on: February 06, 2020, 01:24:22 PM »
Hello from Germany. I installed the player yesterday. Runs great on Win 10. Good job folks ! But when the player is running, the Windows screensaver will not start. With the old Winamp, the screen saver starts normally after 5 minutes. Is that intended, and if so, how can I set it so that the screen saver starts again normally.

Complement: If the music is off (song or list off), the Windows Screensaver starts. The problem is apparently the audio signal or the toggle beat visualization ...

greeting

Preferences -> Playback -> System Keep-Alive -> uncheck that option.
