NOTE: Beta testers are added in a limited & subjective manner as I can only support so many people as part of the beta test program to keep it useful for my needs.

Unless I think you're going to be helpful, not all requests will be accepted but might still be later on. Remember that beta testing is to help me & the limitations currently works for my needs for this project.

That's a modern skin. I'll see if I can workaround the plug-in but I don't think there'll be a quick fix for it soon.

Go into the settings folder (usually %appdata%\wacup) & rename the winamp.m3u8 playlist file & if present the winamp.m3u before trying to load again. If that works then compress those file(s) into a zip & send me a pm on here with it as an attachment. Then try dragging or loading the renamed winamp.m3u8 file back into wacup to see if that still fails or not - if it does just repeat the above step. I've got to suspect there's some type of funky playlist entry that's causing issues on parsing such as from a vgm related format until I've got the file & am in a position to be able to look into things (I've not looked at the video yet due to poor internet connection where I currently am so I might already have covered what's shown).

Howdy

Updated to the latest 21640 build yesterday via the in app updater, and now Wacup seems to hang on the winamp playlist editor process and doesn't respond.

Tried updating via downloading the latest public release on the releases page then selected "update existing install" when I ran it and no dice there either.

Should I try just clean installing and see if that works?

sorry if this isn't the proper place for submitting issues, tried peeping the other forums and didn't see any labeled "post bugs here"

That plug-in can also be somewhat unstable in use.

What skin are you using? The modern skins not working correctly on starting minimised is known to happen for some & there's little I can do to resolve it without making my own plug-in to handle that type of skin.

Maybe take a look at the "Cover & TAG" plug-in.

It uses the video window to display the cover art. It also has the option to cycle all track images!
It's a pretty old plug-in (2008). So its TAG-Edit options will not work anymore.

Version 1.99.32.21640

If WACUP was minimized then application closed on next start it will show weird generic WACUP window with playlist being empty and additional windows such as clock waveform seeker and lyrics missing until you press on taskbar icon to restore window then it will restore properly.

So it is not properly remembering minimized state on next launch.

I never managed to replicate this & as we're now onto build 21622 (as of this reply) which I know has been flagged to others I'm going to assume that this is no longer a problem now that the build is ok to update flag has been enabled again.
