Hi,

there's problem in Wacup when stopping and starting a song, or when skipping to the next song.
At the beginning of the newly started song (or the next song) there is a small clip of audio, like a buffer of the previously song. Very annoying and NOT so in Winamp. What can I do to avoid this in Wacup? Please also listen to the attached file to demonstrate this, and I also added the waveform to make the problem visible. In my example I play a classical piece of audio, and approximately after 5 sec. I press stop and restart it with the play button several times... please listen!

Thanks for any help

What wacup build & build type (x86 or x64) & what output plug-in are you using (the selected one from the dropdown on preferences -> plug-ins -> output) ?

What happens if you try using the x86 build? That can be done with a portable test install.

I suspect you're one of the ones that is having glitching issues with the x64 build which doesn't seem to happen for most or with the x86 build despite it using the same plug-in from me (not so direct) & is something I've still to replicate myself - most likely I've got something being done wrong which is ok with the code when compiled for x86 but not for x64.

That did it! I uninstalled my x64 version and did a reinstall with x86 version. And now my problem has gone :-)
Thank you so much! And please let me know when x64 version is fixed.
