First I want to say I have had very little sleep working on this. So If I sound like a raving lunatic I'm sorry.
*****I found the fix to the install problems. (oh and thanks for the quick response.)
Since you asked about my security settings I'll give ya the low down so you know what works and what I found dose not work.
Windows 11 Pro- avast virus checker and firewall
- Secondary virus checker Windows defender
- Windows Defender Application Control policy Enforced
- TPM 2.0
- Core Isolation Memory integrity on
- boot to UEFI BIOS Mode
- Secure Boot State On
- Kernel DMA Protection
- Virtualization-based security Running
- A hypervisor has been detected. Features required for Hyper-V will not be displayed.
After slowly turning everything on/off It all came down to the setting found at:
Windows security/ apps and browser control/ reputation based protection/ check apps and files: turn to OFFOnce that is disabled the current build and all the previous builds will install the way they should.
I hope that helps you in some way!
