Latest restricted WACUP beta release is build #18980 (April 24th 2024) (x86 & x64 changelogs) | Latest WACUP public preview is build #18980 (April 24th 2024) (x86 only)

NOTE: Beta testers are added in a limited & subjective manner as I can only support so many people as part of the beta test program to keep it useful for my needs.

Unless I think you're going to be helpful, not all requests will be accepted but might still be later on. Remember that beta testing is to help me & the limitations currently works for my needs for this project.

How do I disable the agent?
« on: December 11, 2020, 06:58:29 PM »
I don't want to use the agent anymore, but whenever I tell it to not launch on startup, it chooses to ignore it anyway. I'd like to disable it, as it has zero use to me.

Preferences -> General -> Notification Area -> Agent 'tab'.

The action to tell it to stop running should work unless it's not able to obtain the permissions needed to self-disable which is the same as the option above uses. If it doesn't work first time then you may need to try running WACUP as an administrator on the machine & then trying to do it again.

If that still doesn't work then I'd need more information about the WACUP install & Windows version to try to better diagnose what's going wrong.
