Latest WACUP public preview for x86 & x64 is build #20202 (September 28th 2024) (x86 & x64 changelogs)
Latest restricted WACUP beta release is build #20202 (September 28th 2024) (x86 & x64 changelogs)

NOTE: Beta testers are added in a limited & subjective manner as I can only support so many people as part of the beta test program to keep it useful for my needs.

Unless I think you're going to be helpful, not all requests will be accepted but might still be later on. Remember that beta testing is to help me & the limitations currently works for my needs for this project.

I searched it but no one asked for different languages? Will you support it?

It's mentioned in some of the earliest post in the beta sub-forum - localisation support is intentionally disabled in the WACUP beta builds & support won't be re-enabled until we're well into having public builds. The main reason I've disabled it is that it's just easier to avoid crashes due to needing to re-use some of the original resources whist in other cases massively changing things & that can break some things.

That doesn't mean language pack support is coming back any time soon as it's just beta & preview builds that are available.

There's no plans to start bringing working localisation support back until some point during 2020 as tooling / support for it needs to be re-built & so on.

I appreciate that for some this is important but so is if needed making breaking changes once which will make it easier to support & have others help out with localisation as the existing system on reflection has issues that put people off from contributing due to the perceived complexity.

Hello,
I would also be extremely happy if there was language support for German. It's been a few years now.
Are there any plans to support various languages or German? I would also pay for it, because I think the project as such is good, because I have been using Winamp for a thousand years, even to this day (i.e. the 5x version).
I think it would be great, best regards!

Intent yes, whether it'll happen is down to others if I ever get around to implementing localisation support. As WACUP is still only a preview build & I won't be doing anything towards language packs until the preview state gets dropped.
