Added better handling to the replacement Local Library plug-in when the local library database or NDE is unable to be loaded with it showing a message instead of just nothing as well as a placeholder message about how to add files or how to disable the plug-in if its not wanted
Changed how the replacement Local Library plug-in works when updating the currently playing information if a local library view is open at the time (this should remove the main annoyance of it doing a full view refresh though it still needs more tweaking to get the upper panes to handle files being added or removed from the view when playing them makes their eligibity to appear in the view change)
Fixed the appropriate first run dialog not being used depending on the skins already present & the BBM variants not having WACUP icons next to them
Fixed re-selecting an already selected item in the replacement Local Library plug-in filter lists (or the top item if there was not an existing selection) causing the following filter lists to be cleared when you then attempt to click / scroll them
Fixed the size & length columns in the replacement Local Library plug-in filter lists not always being populated due to a logic issue in an optimisation to only try & load the information needed (saves memory & generally makes things quicker)
Fixed editing the columns shown in the simple view or the bottom pane of a multi-pane view of the replacement Local Library plug-in not always being remembered
Fixed saving the current view search with the replacement Local Library plug-in sometimes getting corrupted (mainly appeared under a debugger)
Fixed some other quirks with the replacement Local Library plug-in when the views are able to be shown and the database is empty as well as not attempting to run any queries if we know there's nothing to search
Fixed some quirks with the selection preservation handling within the views provided by the WACUP library plug-ins
Fixed Replay Gain processing crashing or giving random results
